About Me

Hi! I am a graphic design student in Chile, I love traveling, drawing portraits of people, painting, joke around, eat all types of food and also tryyy to cook them:) haha

I consider myself a friendly person, who loves to go out whenever I can with friends or family. With them I like to do small parties, game nights or watch films in the cinema.

Also asides I really love meeting new people because that means that there is always an opportunity to learn something new wether is related to their culture, family, job, studies, or ways of thinking. Is just something that fascinates me a lot.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would really like to know the culture of other people, wether if its talking with them back in my house in Chile, or going to their home. Getting to know someone that has lived for a long time in a certain place, can give you all types of views and knowledge from that specific place, making you learn even more and have deeper understanding of how all things work and not only engaging with a touristic point of view, but with something even more profound and intense.

In matters of taste, there can be no disputes;) but at least to write something, I really really love interstellar :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Right now (2019) I am doing an erasmus in italy, I think I am living one of the greatest experiences of my life, it is my first time alone and away from my family, but currently now I am living with two italian girls that have taught me so much of their culture here and have become now my two favorite sisters.

It is really such a lovely experience of studying and learning new things from so many diverse cultures, my heart feels so happy with just having the opportunity to meet all types of different people, that at the end, are not so different.

Teach, Learn, Share

Back in Chile I taught how to paint with watercolors and also draw, so If anyone has an interest in that I would be more than happy to be able to teach it:) Also if anyone wants to learn a little bit of italian and spanish, I would love to teach it too.

I am also up for learning! Especially if it is related to cooking haha, and of course, language and culture:)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Asides from making a small talk about where I come from and getting them to know a little bit more about Chile, I have family that lives in the south of Chile in Patagonia, so whenever the host wants to see the south of my country, it will be possible for him or her to travel and find a home in patagonia:)

Also, as I am currently in an erasmus in Italy I could cook what my Italian friends have taught me, that way we can share conversations about ourselves while eating chilean and italian food!
