About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I want to live, instead of surving life!
ABOUT ME
For 8 years I had been working and living a normal predicted life, putting my dreams on hold without even realizing it. One day I came to a crossroad, where I had to choose between carrying on like that, living a comfortable life that gave me no fulfillment or choosing the unknown and chasing after long overdue dream. I decided to quit my job to travel and volunteer in Southeast Asia. After spending a year doing that I'm currently living in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, doing a diving internship hoping to become an instructor soon. I have no clue what my like will be like...and that's the best part of it!!! Travelling the road less traveled, that's always been me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far my hosting experience has been a great experience. One of the best decisions I ever made was joining CS. In the first 7 months I hosted 52 people, I've welcomed them into my home and I feel like I have gained so much from the experience. I want to keep hosting after I return from my travellings, because I feel life I am gaining a lot from the cultural exchanges. I can only hope that my guests feel the same. I started surfing as well and I'm also having a great time on other side of CS. The experience of staying in someone's home, sharing their lifestyles has been a great one as well, I am learning so much.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In the first 7 months I only surfed once and hosted 52 guests!!
Some of them returned for a second time at my place, which I enjoyed very much and I welcomed them with arms wide open. When surfers wish to return to my place it makes me feel like I was able to make themselves feel at home, to a point that they want to spend more time there.
Now that I am travelling and surfing other hosts' homes, I must say I enjoy CS even more!! Great way of travelling, because the social and cultural exchange is enormous and really rewarding.
Interests
Talking, hanging out with friends, meeting new people, laughing, walking, sleeping, drinking red wine, travelling, walking bare foot, diving... there are so many good things in life that I like, I wouldn't be able to make a list. Mainly, I love learning and exchanging opinions, especially with people that really know what they're talking about.

A submarine trip!!!
Building mud houses in Northern Thailand!
Climbing a volcano in Indonesia!
Swimming with Whale Sharks in Contoy Island: diving with Eagle Rays in Cozumel!
"Hanging out" with tigers!
Volunteering helping children in Sumatra has been one of the most amazing and rewarding experiences so far! My heart grew so much those 4 months I was there...I miss it a lot!
My most wonderful experience so far has been diving, I just LOVE IT!! It's such a great feeling. I especially love just lying on the ocean's floor and staying there while curious fish come swimming towards me! Can't get enough of it!
Teach, Learn, Share
I know how to cook really well, I'd be glad to teach whoever would like to learn. Regarding learning from others, I would like to learn whatever you can teach me, I'm always opened to new knowledge.
