About Me

I studied in Freiburg and just moved to Friedrichshafen to start teaching. Happy to meet new people around here! I lived abroad, travelled, and made great experiences through couchsurfing. I grew up in the surroundings of Munich and experienced lots of outdoor activities during my childhood as the Alps were pretty close. I love to meet new people, to go for walks, hiking etc, cooking, to talk English and beeing spontaneous. And of course travelling.

Enough of describing myself ;D

PHILOSOPHY

Appreciate.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started Courchsurfing when I traveled through Australia a few years ago. I didn't want to spend all of my time in Hostels where you only meet people from other countries (which is also a great thing although sooo many are from Germany...) but I wanted to get in contact with people that actually live in that place and have local knowledge and are happy to host travelers and are able to broadens their horizons in this way. Once I have enough space I will definitely host people too because it is just an amazing experience!

Music, Movies, and Books

my favorite music is MUSIC ;) almost any kind of music has its qualities and for me music is essential.

Love watching movies but I have difficulties in remembering them. "Ziemlich Beste Freunde" (The intouchables) is great tho!!

Book: A thousand splendid suns. And Jamie Oliver cook books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, I guess the most amazing thing I've done so far was spending a year in beautiful Australia and doing all the crazy stuff you have to do there!!
Now I can add living in beautiful California for a year.
So living abroad in general is amazing i guess ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

During my time in California I experienced how great it is to teach my own language and culture to others, so you'll probably learn something about this as well when you meet me. :-)
Plus: sharing recipes!
