About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be comfortably uncomfortable, in constant motion with constant strangers.

ABOUT ME

I've always been identified by my curly blonde hair, even after I cut off 12 inches last January. I wear a lot of black. My love for whiskey is undying. Nothing makes me feel quite as complete as writing, if it's good. I like to fleet. I need coffee more than anything else; it's not an addiction if you love it.

PHILOSOPHY

I like to be concise, so I'll direct you to my current mission above.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now, I'm looking to surf for some of my summer in Dublin, Ireland.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have yet to CouchSurf, though I have couchsurfed.

Interests

- Writing, now more than ever
- Strangers
- Singing (in public in my dreams, in private in my reality)
- Reading
- Journalism (duh)

Music, Movies, and Books

(This compilation hinges on my most immediate memory. Which is quite limited, as it turns out.)

Film: I've gotten pretty into Wes Anderson recently; Taxi Driver; The Artist; Being John Malkovich

Books: Dubliners by James Joyce; Ulysses by Joyce; Every book written by Malcolm Gladwell; The World According to Garp by John Irving

Music: James Blake; Discovery; They Might Be Giants; Amy Winehouse; Led Zeppelin ... Yeah, I don't know, I'm all over the place, and this isn't the half of it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most recently I suppose it's traveling to Dublin on my own for an independent project.
