About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Gain Experience, meet others and enjoy your life!

ABOUT ME

I'm an uncomplicated, friendly and open-minded 21 year old female. I love new experiences and adventures as well as meet other people with different cultures and languages. Originally I’m from Germany (Bavaria) and grow up with the typical Bavarian things such as Oktoberfest, Beer and of course “Dirndl”.
From August’12 to January’12 I’m travelling to Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. In Australia I will stay three months (Sep-Dec) due to my semester abroad at the Gold Coast. During this period I’m glad to meet others and do day trips or longer vacations through Australia and New Zealand. So don’t hesitate do contact me if you want to stay for some days at the Gold Coast, do some trips or simply go partying :)

PHILOSOPHY

“Life is too short, and the time we waste in yawning never can be regained”

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd like to meet other people from different cultures and views to broaden my horizon. I want to visit other places and experience the way of life first-hand and not just in the eyes of a tourist. Currently I have no place to life at the Gold Coast but as soon as I have the possibility to share a couch I will update this status. However, I’m happy to meet or do some day trips.

Interests

All kind of sports, especially outdoor and I look forward to learn surfing at the Gold Coast. Then, all business stuff such as stock exchange market, financial crisis, controlling… (due to my Business study)! Moreover, to read books, learn other languages (currently Spanish, Portuguese and Korean). Meet with friends and go partying or simply hang out. Cooking and so on ..
Since studying I never had the problem that it was boring :P

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: economic topics or books from John Grisham…
Music: sry but it depends really on your current felling’s and current environment :P , but some good band in my opinion are Foo Fighers, Linkin Park, Red Hot Chili Peppers etc.
Movies: How I Met your Mother, Simpsons, American History X and much more

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing that I have done so far is go to Costa Rica to meet a friend. I loved this country as well as the amazing landscape, food and culture. The family took me as their own daughter. The flair was very gripping and I definitely want to go back to middle/south America.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to improve my Spanish as well as Portuguese. But overall I’m open for all new things I never tried for instance different kind of sports (skydiving, scuba diving…)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Cabo Verde, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, New Zealand
