About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Live in Love

ABOUT ME

I am very easy going and optimistic. I love laughing and making people laugh, and I really think there is humor to be found in most situations. Sometimes I'm pretty quiet, but I do love to talk and compare stories and ideas and whatever random stuff that comes into peoples heads. I feel really complete when I am involved with music. I am a seeker of God and want to live my life seeing everything as spiritual, and really appreciating the simple things. I enjoy life and try to make the best of it no matter what!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted a couple of times

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It's been only positive experiences! Everyone has been really nice. I think this whole project is awesome, a way to connect people and create community in a very 'every man is an island' kind of world.

Interests

I love music, going to concerts, playing keyboard.
I also love traveling, dancing (somewhat like a crazy person), thrift store shopping, new ideas, good conversations, good books, making cheesy movies, being ridiculous, and having good times.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all different kinds of music, mostly I am partial to indie and folk. I enjoy watching independent films (Little Miss Sunshine, Once, Amelie, The Royal Tenenbaums), and I'm always up for a good comedy (Anchorman and anything else Will Ferrel, Zoolander, Tommy Boy,etc). I also like documentaries, I'll watch one about almost anything.
I love to read, especially books that make you think or can change your way of thinking, and I like poetry a lot. Books on spirituality are the most memorable to me. Some of the best ones I've read have been Blue Like Jazz by donald miller, Velvet Elvis by rob bell, The Prophet by khalil gibran, and Eat Pray Love by elizabeth gilbert.
