I chose to be brave and growing up in an environment more difficult, where the language wasn't mine and had the challenge to start from zero. As many Italians do that, I wanted to try my way as well

Couchsurfing has the amazing power to approach to solo travellers. That’s the way I reckon to have deep conversation and opening better to the world.
Out of the comfort zone is were magic happens and I find more interesting to sleep in hammocks, sofas, futons, tents, Khmer beds, mosquito nets, air mattress, water mattress, canteens, garages, offices, rooftops(yes), kitchens, gardens, beaches, cars, sheds, waking up feeling I connected to something.
I’m a bear, I can sleep anywhere and I’ll fall asleep before anyone

I’ve been teaching in an Italian for foreigners cooking school for 2 years. I’m always interested in trying food and beer around the world AND (where I can ) going deeper. Shaking hands to the brewer or the chef, confronting, getting recommendations and giving recommendations. My culture in the kitchen is sharing and brewing is also cooking.
