Breath, keep breathing, find a little joy for every day, sleep when you are tired, smile when it's possible, sometimes your hand has to punch, sometimes to caress.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I offer my couch, home, kitchen and bathroom, my experience and the company of my dogs Atlas and Stella.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had couchsurfing experience in Italy, both hosted and hosting in my home, and being hosted in South America (Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia).

Interests

Litterature, spirituality, music, trekking, plants, martial arts, dancing, guitar, didjeridoo, singing, watching,sense, love, friendship, meditation, sleeping, education, chalenges, agricolture, history, stories, lifes (si scrive così?), guffawing, and many other shining things that lifes offers but i don't mind even those things that punching you into the stomach makes you remeber why we like what is light!
