ABOUT ME

I am a bit new to the world of travelling. I took my first trip to Europe last year for two weeks and decided I would love to venture out more. Although I have a degree I am still undecided as to what my true calling is in life so for the time being I am postponing a real job and travelling all summer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last summer while we were in Prague we happened to run into a wonderful group of women who were from Germany and Poland but were living in Czech Republic. We started chatting and they offered us a spot on their couch for a night. They showed us around town, took us to some local bars and a free concert, fed us, and were awesome hosts!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rented a car in Frankfurt, drove on the autobahn to Prague, and then onward to Cesky Krumlov. Cesky Krumlov is a medieval town which has not had a new building in over 200 years. The streets are cobblestone and the castle is surrounded by a moat with bears. Although driving in a foreign country was a little hectic at times, I would not have traded the experience for anything and was glad we had the opportunity to drive to the magnificent town of Cesky Krumlov.
