About Me

I am a 23 year old mexican who just graduated from College (I hold an Economics degree), currently working as an Economic Analyst in a Brokerage House in Mexico City. I decided to study Economics because I believe it's the
path to get myself into politics and contribute to improving the reality of mexicans through the implementation of correct and fair public policies.

I love meeting new people, learning from every new person I get to know and having new experiences. I enjoy partying and dancing, but also chilling and having a good conversation.

I am an eternal seeker of social justice and peace.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting new people from all around the world. I want to listen to what everybody has to say, have interesting and meaningful conversations and learn from each other.

Right now I'm planning my Eurotrip —which I've been wanting to do for 5 years, since I graduated high school—, with the objective of meeting new people, learning and expanding my view of the world.

Of course, I am willing to host anybody who visits Mexico and I promise to do my best so you have the best experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm definitely a music lover. My favorite artists include James Bay, Vance Joy, James Blake, Keane, The Killers, The XX and Tom Odell. I also enjoy listening (and dancing) to latin music —reggaeton— specially if it's J. Balvin, Bad Bunny, and Nicky Jam.

My favorite books include 1984, Fahrenheit 451 and The Shadow of the Wind.

Not a huge movie lover but I do enjoy good series: Black Mirror, Breaking Bad and How I met your mother among my favorite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think that my exchange year in Denmark in 2012-2013 would qualify as something incredible that I've done. It definitely took my out of my comfort zone and was really challenging —try learning Danish— but it taught me so much about the world, different cultures, maturity and myself.

Teach, Learn, Share

I really enjoy talking about politics, history and economics, so while I can talk to you about everything you want to know about Mexico, I'd love to learn about your culture.
