ABOUT ME

We spent three years in the Peace Corps then couchsurfed and hitchhiked through the Middle East and Africa. Now I'm a writer while my husband is going to school for mindfulness-based psychotherapy and is a stay at home Dad to our 3 year old daughter, Scarlett. We dig running, dancing, Ted Talks, yoga, meditation, beverages on our back patio paradise, yummy food, great conversation, deep thinking and wild ideas.

Rafted down the Mangook in Madagascar, white water rafted along the Nile in Uganda, went on Safari in Kenya, saw the Pyramids in Egypt, spent New Years Eve in an abandoned house party in Damascus, Syria.

I can share my experiences with yoga, writing, starting a business or having a baby at a birthing center! Boudreaux can teach you to create your own websıte, how to meditate, build a pergola, garden or create a waterfall. Would love to learn more about music, dancing, how to get a book published, relıgıon and just about anything.
