ABOUT ME

Simple girl with dreams set up high. I always wanted to be an expat' in Europe, working with kids to teach them what I think is the most beautiful language in the world: French. Since I've landed in Greece in 2009, I never wanted to leave Europe.

So here I ended up living in lovely Heidelberg for four months, where I spent most of my time preparing my lessons for my Kindergarten little student. They were amazing ! Already bilingual and sometimes correcting my French canadian accent... I had a blast and they had a lot to teach me so I learned a bunch of new things with them.

Now I'm back in Canada for some more studying, even tough I would have liked to extend my stay, leT's just say i'll be back home/ Germany as soon as possible and thanks to everyone I met there that made me feel like I belonged.

Let's just say time changes, so do aspirations and dreams ! As I was travelling the US to give talks the state of French in North America, I fell in love with the ever-so-lovely Austin, TX. Still teaching French in an International Programme, that didn't change!

If you are an Austinite willing to take a Canadian under your wing to show all the wonders that this city has to offer, I would be pleased !

Best moment ever: Last night on our sailboat in Santorini, Greece jamming Pink Floyd's "Wish you were here" outside under the stars with a drink in hand and friends by my side.

If not, the dogsleigh under the snow was pretty amazing too.
