ABOUT ME

I am an easy-going and open-minded, but a little bit shy guy who likes travelling, outdoor activities like hiking and canoeing or just hanging around. When I travel I am interested in visiting the places my local hosts like instead of those "typical tourist" places. If I host, I would show the same kind of places (there isn't any tourist place in Bielefeld anyway ;-) ). I am studying physics in Bielefeld (Germany), but the last half a year I spent in Jyvaeskylae (Finland) because of an Erasmus stay. Actually I don't know how to continue this description, so I just stop at this point and happily answer questions!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent 2 weeks couchsurfing in Moscow and St. Petersburg in 2011 with a friend, which was my first couchsurfing experience. It was even better than I thought before because I didn't expect our hosts to spend so much time with us.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming in the arctic ocean (in winter of course :-D )
