To meet loads of interesting people and have as much fun as possible. But my mission above all is to do something I love.

ABOUT ME

Well, this is where the hard part comes, to describe myself. I would say that I am a very talkactive and social human being who loves to meet new people and experience new things.

I am not afraid to say the truth and and I'm considered a nice person who is good at listening and a person who is not afraid of trying new things here in life.

I like to just stroll around cities, read a good book and to experience beautiful scenery.

PHILOSOPHY
Everybody got more potential in themselves than they think!

Don't be afraid of changing your life and try not to get stuck in routine.

BUT most important, Listen to yourself, take advice from others but do what YOU want to do!

Listen to everyone's opinion and don't say anything bad of someone/something you haven't met/tried.

I and my wife are happy to accept guests at our couch in Uppsala, Sweden.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have never couchsurfed before in my life but I'd love to try it! It seems like a cool way of meeting new people and to experience new cities and countries form the local peoples' view.

Interessi

Ohh, I'm interested in a lot. I'm interested in travelling around ( I really do enjoy backpacking) and to experience cultural differences. I'm a history buff and I watch every single historic documentary I get hold of. I'm also really into international relations. I try to read as much as possible about the situation in the world in newspapers, in books and I watch a LOT of documentaries.

Two more casual things I'm interested in are movies and hiking. I have a big collection of movies and I enjoy most genres and I watch movies both alone and with friends.

Hiking is something I recently got interested in and something I enjoy a lot. I love the calm, the solitude and beauty of nature. I love big cities, but I have the need of going to forests, nature reserves or parks a lot, at least a few times a week.

But most of all I just like to meet people, talk, make new friends and I really do my best to enjoy my life.

Musica, film e libri

I LOVE indie music with bands like Bon Iver, Foster the People, Kent, The New Pornographers, White Lies and Mumford and Sons. I do enjoy a lot of genres a but the indie genre is my favourite.

I read a lot of historic books and books about the political and social sitution in countries all over the world. I enjoy novels as well, often with an international theme.

It's very hard to define what kind of movies I like since I enjoy all genres. But I have some favourite directors. I like the pieces of David Lynch, Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg and Quentin Tarantino, just to give a few examples.

I like an exciting story, a believable atmosphere and suitable music in movies.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I have stayed and studied at a high school in Tanzania in a smaller town for a few days. I got a lot of friends and a new way of thinking about people who doesn't have the same oppurtunities that I do. I had an unbelievable week with stunning scenery, I learned a lot about myself but above all, I made friends for life.

You don't have to plan everything here in life. It's often more fun to go somewhere and then later on just follow your heart where to go next. Maybe you'll find an interesting person who you'll join or maybe you'll get inspired by a fellow traveler's story about a country/place in the world.
