Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Participated in several youth exchange programs. Always enjoyed the experience.
Since I get a little bit too old for this, I'm looking for an alternative.
I also think that Couchsurfing gives us a brilliant opportunity to see the world from a different angle. And since I never was that big of a "hotel-guy", it's just perfect to really get in touch with the country, city or people you're going to meet.

Interests

Recently I'm really into climbing/ bouldering. So whenever I got the opportunity, I put on my climbing equipment and hit the "rock". (Until today no menionable outdoor experience. But I definitely want to change that)
I also like to do other sports such as running, swimming and biking.
I'm also open to new/ exotic sports, if you are up to that ;-)
Rest of the day I read, listen to music (open to almost everything).Sometimes I do photography, but I'm really not good at it...
But I also like relaxing evenings at homewith my friends, going out, playing games.

Music, Movies, and Books

It's hard to describe my favorite music, since I listen to almost everything.
Sometimes I feel like Rock, next day like Reggae, the next week I'll only listen to classical music.
I like Bach as well as The Eagles.
But maybe the Foo Fighters are one of my all time favourites. But I also like Radiohead, or SEEED, or Karftklub...
It's hard...
Favourite movie. I really like scifi movies, but Blade Runner is a great movie.
I also like the novels of Philipp K. Dick.
But one of my favourite books are written by Kafka, Hesse and Bukowski.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Always was a dream of mine.
It was really hard work, but I really enjoyed it after a hard year...
