Hi, my name is André, I'm 33 and I'm passionate about traveling and exploring and living different cultures. I believe the main reason is because I love connecting to people and get to know their version of reality, of life, of religion and so forth. Love, empathy, share and care are values I believe we all should prioritize in our lives.

Almost 3 years ago I left something some call "a promising career" to pursue a re connection with myself and to develop skills that I was always passionate about it. The change was also aiming to experience an environment with less masks, valuing truthful and real connections with people.

I have been then living, studying and freelancing as a photographer and filmmaker in a little hippie town in Australia name Byron Bay. That was my first experience living abroad, and after 2,5 years I felt that the time to go away and explore has arrived.

Presently I'm in Indonesia, exploring the culture and meeting people and trying to learn Bahasa Indonesia :D My plan is after this time here head to the North of India to do a workaway exchange in a Ashram to dedicate myself to my yoga practice and then go to Nepal to dive deep into mediation and Vipassana.

I'm a young soul that would love to share some great time with local people and exchange culture, music, stories, food and whatever else we feel like. I'm already excited to meet you :)

I love photography and love to share my knowledge with whoever is interested in. I also try to be very connected with myself through meditation and yoga practice. I also love playing music - I play a bit of acoustic guitar and percussion - and surf. Love nature, no doubts, and love even more enjoying a moment where you can just appreciate it in deep silence.

I love Brazilian samba and its musical strands like bossa nova, samba rock. Also love jazz and techno music.
I love art house films and various documentaries, but my favorite films are Matrix and Requiem for a Dream, for its genius ways of reinterpreting some of our ways of living.
