ABOUT ME

I'm a 33 year-old guy from São Paulo's countryside. Moved to São Paulo city 5 years ago because I love the ethnicity of this city, its museums, nightlife, restaurants, music festivals... as a photographer, it's the city I have to live in Brazil otherwise I would ending up as a wedding/prom photographer.
Currently travelling the world on bikes. So far 26.000km through 33 countries.

PHILOSOPHY

Kinda hard on this one but I'm pretty easy-going, respectful, benevolent. I always try to see a good side of a story. I believe in sharing, exchanging ideas, helping others. Twice I bought 60 kits (each with 12 color pencils, 12 color crayons, pencil sharpener, eraser, ruler) prior to backpacking. Once in 2009 I donated those kits to a school in San Antonio de Los Cobres in Argentina and in 2010 to an orphanage in Lima, Peru.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a photographer that will be working on a personal project nothing fairer than giving some photo lessons! If you're a musician, I'll make the pictures for your forthcoming album. If you need some help with your garden, we can trim it for you! You think you need to lose some weight from the year's eve feast, Karla can help you!
The trip we're planning is focused on people's lives. So, anything they'll eventually need, we can help!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While living in America I couchsurfed in Glady's and Lisa's apt. They were also front-desk associates and I stayed at their place for a week.
Then 3 times in Argentina. Once in Cordoba and twice in Buenos Aires.
The guy I couchsurfed in Buenos Aires, Juancho, was a friend of a friend of mine. In 2007 I backpacked and stayed in his place.
Last year, 2010, Karla and I had a backpacking honeymoon and we stayed in Fabio's place in Cordoba. I met Fabio during the 2007 backpacking. Then we stayed in Juacho's apt.
