About Me
Hi to everybody! :)
I'm Andrea and I'm form northern Italy (about 100km form Venice) and I always liked to travel and the exploring the unknown. When I was 18 I started to work on board of a cruise ship, thus counciling my passion for travels and the necessity of working. During that period. I also discovered a personal passion for languages so I started university in Milan the following year. My course was a mix between languages (english and spanish) and economics subjects. During university I applied for the Work&Travel program and I went in Yellowstone National Park (USA) to work for a summer. Then I started my Erasmus program in Spain in Ciudad Real (100 km south of Madrid). Since I was younger I had a passion for motorbikes and I travelled with my KTM camping under the stars in Italy, East Europe, Spain and Morocco.
Currently I'm a freelance writer for a website dedicated to share trustworthy information that can make us move towards a more nature-conscious world and I'm on my way to become a yoga teacher... but one thing at the time, for the moment I just practice and study few book :) ...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on CS because I would like to visit Dublin. I've never been there before and I want to refresh my english in order to better prepare me for a yoga teacher training I'm planning to attend in India. I saw there are many yoga schools in Dublin so I would to practice a little bit, meeting new people, discover and enjoy the city, practice english and learn from different cultures.
Interests
I love traveling. I travelled a lot by motorbike but right know I'm more interested in starting to travel by different, more ecological means, like a bike.
I like to learn languages (in future I would like to learn Portuguese) and listen to other people experiences. I first practice yoga 2 years ago but only recently I started to get more involved with this practice.
I'm also a nature lover. I love hiking, climbing (even tough my experience is not very big), growing organic vegetables (I'm vegetarian), camping etc.
