ABOUT ME

Hi there ;-) In general I would say I am very open-minded, truth-loving and direct in telling my opinion (sometimes maybe too direct)...anything else I am kind of simple, not really interested in making small things bigger than they are...I like traveling and finally got the chance to do some real traveling. The first half of 2012 I will travel through South-East-Asia, New Zealand and Australia hopefully having a great time meeting a lot of nice people and learning more about cultures...

PHILOSOPHY

I am not really driven by any philosophy but I think with honesty you get ahead in your life. I am very liberal and open minded too.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hope in a good manner, being a great host and helpful adviser wherever I host. As I am planning an around-the-world-trip in 2012, I also hope to meet many nice people and find a couch here and there. But having a local guide is more important for me than having a couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet but I hope to close this gap quickly with some nice and positive experiences.

Interests

I am interested in a lot of things. One of it, for sure, is traveling and meeting interesting people from all over the world. I like to learn new things and make new experiences...
I also prefer doing sports (cycling, squash, fitness) instead of being a couch potato just watching it :-)
I also love good food, either selfmade or served, and enjoy a good glass of wine or wisky.
In addition I am kind of nerd, being around in the inet, playing strategic games...but if there is a party around - you will wonder how quick the computer is switched off.

Anything...really :-) If you check my movie or music collection you will find samples from various types, styles, genres etc.
In books I am more a sci-fi and thriller fan, but i guess in the near future i will be more keen on travel guides...
