ABOUT ME

Living life on my own terms, travelling widely & finding things out about myself & others, devoting my time to experiencing as many different places & situations as possible are basically the only certainties I'm willing to accept right now - everything else is up for grabs...my plan is basically to get on the road and travel to as many countries and get to know as many others as possible & sharing my experiences. Getting back into Yoga, running, meditation, learning, laughing til it hurts, etc.

PHILOSOPHY

Human beings are born with innate needs & capacities and have hard-wired in them a knowledge of the type of person which in their heart-of-hearts they know they could and should be. The majority of people in the world have their innate needs frustrated (needs for freedom from authority, one's own space, self-determination, love, relatedness, freedom of self-expression, etc.) to degrees which interfere with their ability to become this person - in many people the sense of what they would become may just be a feeling, which would guide them in the right direction if they trust it ... Sometimes a person will find it relatively easy, sometimes there's a need to face real suffering and gargantuan levels of hard work even to get close . . . - and sometimes we need 1 year couchsurfing & philosophising with beautiful people, gathering firewood to keep us warm in the winter that lies ahead :)

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
