About Me

I am a third year student at the Politehnica University of Timisoara, pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science. I like travelling, and have been to quite a few places around Europe.
My hobbies include electronics, programming, reading, biking and discussing ideas with friends.
I would like to meet new people who have different views of the world, who grew up and live in different cultures so that I may broaden my view of the world and understand who I am and where I stand.
I feel that travelling is one of the best way to grow as a person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I often travel to other countries by car, and I would like to meet new people and take a shower every now and then.
I also want to give back to the community by hosting people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I think rock songs are my favorite. But my music tastes change quite a lot.
I like science fiction movies, Interstellar of course. The Dictator was another memorable one.
Science fiction books and fantasy books are the way to go. I particularly enjoyed reading the Dune series and the Foundation books; also liked A Story With A Hobbit. Recently I got into the Ender's Game series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year I drove with 2 friends 12000+km around Europe, on a 25 day trip from Romania to Nord Kapp. We couchsurfed and slept in the car on the way. We say amazing places, and met interesting people; and I would like to do more!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach people about computers: programming them, building them, loving them. Also some basic electronics and engineering.
I'm open to learning anything new. I would especially like to learn meditation, and ways to be more disciplined.
I can share good stories.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Stories. A ride in a classic car. Lots of laughs.
I can share food if we have any on hand, if not the number of a good pizza place.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden

Countries I’ve Lived In
