About Me

I'm an Architect currently living in Cluj, Romania. This is where I finished my university studies and found a job - for now. I do like the idea of having a meaningful contribution in the world and therefore I think my future developments will mean moving to new places.

When traveling I like to study the details of buildings and see if I can find the purpose behind them. I take lots of photos when I think they will encapsulate my experiences or the spirit of the place. I am inspired by good architecture whether old or new.

Also I think a big part of travelling and getting to know the place you travel to is meeting people who live there, which is why I think CouchSurfing is a great way to have that type of experience. Oftentimes in my past travels I liked lesser known places better if I felt I had a rich experience and got to feel the spirit of the place.

There's more to say about me but I'll save the details for when we meet! :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have used CouchSurfing a long time ago, then I hadn't had a lot of time to travel and also couldn't host for a while. I'm here to meet people of the world, learn exotic customs and ways to enjoy life, travel cheaply and have fun. I'm a firm believer in the idea that people have more similarities in common then they have differences, and ultimately they all strive for the same simple things - like joy, peace, acceptance.
