My name is Andreia. I'm a portuguese girl, traveling the world while working remotely in the company of my boyfriend, Gonçalo. We are very nice, neat and quiet people. We don't smoke or drink and we love to explore the world together. Of all the places we have been, Japan is the one that fascinated us the most.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The main reason I'm on Couchsurfing is because me and Gonçalo are looking for real experiences, with real people. Meeting locals always gives you a better perspective of the place you're visiting. This seems like the best opportunity to explore the world on a budget while making friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There's quite a few adventures that I'm happy to have experienced.

Slept one night under the stars in the Sahara, went snorkeling with sea turtles in the Maldives, fed and played with deers in Nara Park in Japan, saw the New York skyline, watched the sunrise in Angkor Wat in Cambodia and in the Taj Mahal in India, jumped off a cliff into the water in Santorini, tried surfing in Bali, been on a completely desert and untouched paradise island in Thailand, travelled for 4 months and a half through Asia, visited 40 countries in 24 years and have met wonderful people on my way :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

A lot of experience exchange, good conversations, help around the house and perhaps cook some Portuguese traditional food! We're also always very keen to take our host out for diner or lunch to say thank you! :)
