I am PhD student enrolled in a European joint doctorate programme which involves the University Paris-Est and the University of Limoges in France and the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio in Italy.

My educational background is in environmental engineering disciplines and I obtained an MSc degree from the University of Bologna, in Italy in March 2015.

Beyond the scientific field, I enjoy to travel and to taste food from different countries and practice stretching activities such as pilates and yoga.

I enjoy to learn something new from interesting people and I love to share my knowledge with them.

I really care about the reduction of waste produced at home.
I am doing my best to reduce the amount of waste produced at any place where I live by REUSING plastic and glass containers to store the food and detergents (I prefer to buy products sold in bulk); REDUCING the amount of food purchased in plastic containers or packed (I prefer to buy fresh food from a street market during the weekend).
I always carry cotton bags with me for the shopping :-)
