I'm a student of electrical engineering with interest in a world not just around me but also over the horizon. I love independent cinema, history and languages :) most of the time I think about how to change the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet interesting people (while hosting and surfing) from different cultures and share with them the time we have.

Interests

Apart from reading books and watching films I enjoy cooking in company. I don't prefer sports but I like long walks in nature and hiking. Constantly find my self discussing social issues, history and politics.
I'm interested in obscure technology though my friends think it's not really an interest but rather a professional deformation. I disagree with that.

I can't really classify music, films or books as favorite. However I can tell that some have left a mark on me and contributed to my personality.
As for films I have to mention: Waltz with Bashir, Das Leben der Anderen, Faust, Biutiful, Time of the Gypsies, Chicago 10, and many more.

For books: Hermann Hesse - Siddhartha, Sven Lindqvist - Exterminate All the Brutes, Eduardo Galeano - Upside Down, Tiziano Terzani - Letters Against War, and the list could go on with Dostojevski, Camus, Bulgakov, ...
