I think people are the best thing in life. Unfortunately there is too much work to do and too little time around. But here and there I manage to make time to be with friends. I joined couchsurfing in 2008 and have been in countless events. It is always a good crowd and I made good friends.

Interests

I have more interests than actual time to devote to them. Take psychology for example. I took a few courses on psychology and social psychology and was completely hooked and fascinated by biases I didn't even know existed. I am also mesmerized by creativity and beautiful art or music.

Music, Movies, and Books

For many years in my youth I was very into rock and roll. Later on I was introduced to classical music and I slowly started to learn and love the subtleties of the harmonies and various orchestrations. As for books I usually prefer the ones that will teach me some new concept or skill.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a few things that I look back and I say wow when I think about them. I ran a marathon when I was 16. I found the information on how to train properly, nutrition, preparatory races, and I devoted almost a year to it, and in the end I completed it. My young me impresses me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have a love for learning and knowledge, but most of all I like to understand things. That is why I already took classes and practiced so many activities, from swimming, to climbing, to racing, to photography, to yoga, to guitar playing, to reading, to dancing, to improv, my list of interests never ends.
