About Me

Hosting for new years.

I live in San Francisco near Dolores Park between two amazing neighbors (Castro and the Mission). I work for the SF Recreation and Parks Department. I would like to offer a chance for Queer, POC, and/or cool people to visit this awesome city I love.

I'm a Queer Polyamorous Pup that loves the outdoors, traveling, talking to people, rock climbing, learning random things, and exploring new environments. I like to think of myself as easy going, passionate, and very friendly. I genuinely love connecting and listening to people's life stories. I'm clean, organized, and respectful which I expected guest(s) to be the same.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've enjoyed traveling having made incredible memories + experiences. Couchsurfing has introduced me to amazing people that I would have never met otherwise, so I'm here to connect with fellow travelers and make new friends I haven't met yet.

I couched surfed when I moved to San Francisco + in Southeast Asia, and it was INCREDIBLE!! I met so many awesome people, learn several things, made great memories, and explore beautiful new places.. I prefer and trust the recommendations made by locals better than popular guides because in my experience they've always know the coolest places to visit.

I've had many generous hosts, so would like to pay it forward. I'll be moving to Costa Rica in half a year (2020) to work with Wildlife so can only host for a bit. Can offer a few days, but happy to recommend places to check out while you're here.

Interests

I love going hiking, rock climbing, swimming, camping, Burning Man, scuba diving, poi, dancing, snowboarding, exploring, trying new things, meeting new people, social justice, watching tv with friends, nature, wildlife, music, having potlucks, go out to party, and much more!

I like learning about people's life philosophy, their life stories, and being introduced to new ideas or practices that I might not be aware of. Due to my genuine interest, I tend to ask many questions, so stop me when I"m being invasive.

This might sound really corny, but I really want to know what life is like in the world around me and this is why I travel. I want to experience life and see different realities.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think by communicating and sharing stories, there's a lot two people can gain from each other.

I'm happy to share my experience, my views, and life philosophy. I would love learn more about your culture, language, and anything you want to teach me :)

I really value honesty and communication, as it helps avoids issues and misunderstanding. If you message me please tell me something you value in your first 2-3 sentences.
