Hi! my name is Andrés and I'm a 26 years old dude from Chile. I consider myself a friendly and motivated person who loves to travel, meet new people and see different new places. I am currently traveling through Europe (August-September).

I love to share with people, travel and enjoy life especially doing outdoor activities. I'm a climbing enthusiast (sport climbing and boulder) and also I enjoy hiking, drinking beer, dancing, having good conversations and hanging out.

I have travelled a lot around my beautiful country (is an amazing place to do all kinds of outdoor activities!), and I loved to share information and tips about Chile. I also have visited a lot of countries in America, such as Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, Uruguay, USA and the Dominican Republic.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I think it's a very good way to meet and share with people from around the world. Also I like to get to know the cities I visit from a local perspective, I think is the best way to discover new places.

Books: Too many, some of my favorites are The Name of the Wind, The Witcher, Dance Dance Dance, A wild sheep chase and more!
Series: I like a lot of series, for example, Peaky Blinders, True Detective, Braking Bad, Mr Robot, The Boys, etc. I also enjoy movies like Interestellar, Inception and documentaries about climbing and mountaineering .

I walk from Chile to Argentina through the "Paso el Leon" (6days)

I finish the entire O circuit twice in Torres del Paine

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help you to practice your Spanish, and I can share knowledge about South America (trips, places, national parks, cultures...) specially about Chile (I have travelled a lot in my country). I can also share many stories :D

As an engineering and renewable energy consultant I enjoy a lot talking about transports systems, city dynamics, clean energy transition and green hydrogen. So if you want to talk or learn a little bit about this topics don't hesitate to ask me.
