About Me

I am a Colombian photographer living abroad, always learning and trying to share my experience with others. I graduated of media production in Bogotá, then worked abroad for 2 years and I got the chance to know people from all over the world, some of which became good friends, and learn about their culture. Since then traveling has only become a bigger part of my life even if its for a day or for months in a row. Now my base back in Bogotá for a While, working on video production and photography.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard about the page a few years ago, looked it up, liked it and create my account but I havent used it since then. I just saved it in a little bookmarked folder for later (there are some interesting things waiting in there!) Really looking forward the time when I start meeting couchsurfers.

Interests

I can talk about almost anything, as long as it is not an absolute, I enjoy music, movies and photography (both making and whatching/listening) I like to have a drink from time to time, and can enjoy talks about world inequity, climate change, history as well as talks about fashion, watches or maybe some sports, even physics and astronomy which is actually a big passion for me. Not a big fan of TV shows, not such a good book reader, at least not by own initiative.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Truffles, a lot.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: spanish and english, I can teach about music and a couple of instruments, dont ask me to play, its being years since I dont play a normal instrument, but if you have a bass we can definitely jam for a while. With the right tools I can also teach how to make filled chocolates and truffles.

Learn: I like languages a lot, is kind of hard because of my poor memory but I can learn a word or two. Anything in the kitchen interest me, even better if is postres. I could definitely use tips about how to get around in different cities and countries, that includes culture and of course non-turistical places.

Share: Music and movies are top in this list, I like stories of any kind, both tell and hear, I like to think Im fairly good in the kitchen but to be honest I still have a lot to learn.
