About Me
2018 is my year to stop working so hard and explore other countries and communities. I have lived in cities and worked for companies most of my life, and I'm feeling disconnected from nature and some of my values like social justice and sustainability (and living with more JOY)
I like to laugh and make fun things happen. I am very emotionally honest, and like being connected to people that are willing to be real and authentic. I'm also athletic and love to be part of music (maybe this is the year I'll learn the guitar....)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
1) raising 3 children. what a ride!!
2) I just got my whole life packed into 20 boxes (plus furniture) and put into a few friends' basements. So I'm free to travel for a few months and see what I can create for the next chapter
Teach, Learn, Share
My first career was computer programming and managing people in this environment, so I'm pretty good with technology.
Now I've been teaching courses in leadership, and coaching people in life and business skills.
I have a bunch of life experience to share, and am genuinely interested in helping people sort through all the challenges of this thing we call life!
And I like to cook and do dishes :-)
