About Me

I am a first year Medical Student in the United States, with current interests in Pediatrics, Neurology, or surgery. Outside of medicine I have a plethora of interests and hobbies including: Aviation, Photography, Guitar , computers, music, and hiking. I love going to concerts and festivals and anything to get me out of the house and away from my studies when I can. Above all I love learning/experiencing new things and pushing past my comfort zone to grow myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love travelling but being a student can make it difficult. Couchsurfing is a great way to meet locals while visiting a city and having a place to stay. I am taking this last summer break that I have while in medical school to take a mental break and experience Norway, Germany, and Prague. As a student Couch surfing can help to not only save money but also be able to get an arguably better experience of that particular city that most people will miss out on.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music, though I mainly listen to Rock, Heavy metal, 80s metal, classic rock. Such as Sabaton, Amon Amarth, Maiden, Scorpions, White snake. My favorite movie probably would have to be Top Gun because I am a huge plane nerd and the Steve Stevens guitar work. My favorite Book is probably the Hot Zone by Richard Preston.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The biggest thing that I have done in my life was getting accepted into medical School.

Teach, Learn, Share

Photography and Biology (genetics) are the two things that I have had experience teaching in. I love learning about anything and everything! especially history, how things are made, or how things work, and Languages. I have traveled all over the United States I went to School at the University Of Colorado and Baylor University in Texas, and now in south Florida . I spent a month In Casper Wyoming in the Red Canyon getting a wilderness emergency medical technician licence. I have tons of stories and experiences in between that I can share for those interested.
