I am an avid traveler, and have experience living abroad while doing my law degree in England. I think everyone in this world is so unique, and has something to offer and love the experience of meeting new people, learning about new cultures, and more than anything the food and beer!

I stay extremely active and play many sports, and tend to get along well with people who are similar (although that is not strictly the case!). I grew up working in kitchens so love to cook, and try out new foods and drinks.

Ultimately I love spontaneity, adventure, and learning. I look forward to meeting you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I was planning a trip to Iceland and considering various accommodation options. This is my first time on this site and am looking forward to getting the most out of it! Although I can not currently host in my own city (space) Toronto, I am more than happy to meet up with someone for drinks, or food, show them around, and show off my city!

Music, Movies, and Books

My music tastes vary and depend on mood and time of year. Summer in the country deserves country music! I look classic rock, had an EDM phase, and still listen to the standard pop. Good music is good music, and not genre specific.

I love the movies, I go to the theater all the time and think its an amazing way to escape into another world for a few hours. Will see anything. Plus the popcorn!

I read a tonne, everything from sports biographies to quick legal or CIA type quick reads (patterson or grisham for example).

Watched a lightning storm while sitting on a rickety bridge over the mekong river in Laos.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a very easy to get along with and outgoing person. I pride myself on actually listening to what people say and am genuinely interested in getting to know you, and making the most of my visit. I will not be sitting around doing nothing, and love to get to know the culture, food, and people of wherever I visit!
