I love playing basketball, ultimate frisbee, and sports and games, especially with other people. It just feels good to be active and to have fun with friends, old and new.
I love food that's delicious AND healthy. Of course, it doesn't always have to be healthy :) Exploring new cuisine and food is always a rewarding experience.

I became a personal trainer and health coach because I'm passionate about helping people find activity and food that they enjoy and that helps them grow/stay happy and healthy.

I believe that doing something for the enjoyment of it and being present is worth so much more than doing something for an end-game (ex: money, fortune, fame, acceptance) but that life is about balancing enjoyment and needs.

I'm a respectful, clean and tidy person who likes to eat delicious and healthy food and even shop/cook where I can to save on food costs (I eat four to five times on most days). I like to learn about the place I stay and the people I'm staying with. I am happy to share experiences with my hosts!
