About Me

20, soon to be 21 as of writing this. Love good times, love good beers even more. Hard to write down who I am in a text box, I'm quite friendly (honest!) but it takes a bit to coax me out of my comfort zone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Trying to meet new and interesting people, visit new countries and expand my experience. I love learning new things, and especially learning about other cultures than my own. Besides, what's the best way to learn a new city than to live with its people?

In time I hope I can share my own city with others, but thatll have to be when I return home in March.

Interests

I love movies, cooking, reading, tennis, going out with friends and having a good time. Engaging discussions (or debates!) across broad topics like politics, art, history, cuisine or basically anything are always welcomed by me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: My dad raised me on a healthy diet of Bruce Springsteen, the Beatles and more, but I also listen to new bands, like alt-j or Taylor swift. I like all genres, and appreciate the tastes of others even if they don't match my own.

Movies: My all time favourite movie is John Carpenter's The Thing, but it's not for everyone! Other favourites are Goodwill Hunting, Inside Man and John Wick.

Books: I usually read non-fiction about historical topics, primarily for the pictures. My favourite novel is Frankenstien (old) or The Orenda (new). Ive always had a soft spot for pulpy books, spy thrillers or crime books are always great!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cooked a seven course meal. One tip: you've never got the enough pots and pans. Or stove space.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm friendly, eager to learn, respectful and willing to help out with anything!
