I am in graduate school in the U.S. right now to become a therapist. I am very interested in how mindfulness meditation can be used in therapy to help people and love leading guided meditations! I am open to conversations about psychology, music, literature, spirituality and more!

Currently, I am traveling through Europe on a break from school. I am so excited to meet kind, generous and interesting people.

I am also healing right now from some difficult things in my life, so I am looking forward to having a lot of time to think, read and write, as well as experience the wisdom and fun nature of other couchsurfers (please host me haha)!

I love to hike, explore, or just sit outside with a good book of poetry! I spend a lot of time sitting in nature, observing, meditating and contemplating.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing to meet interesting and generous people while I travel through Europe this December. Hopefully one day I can give back by opening my home to travelers!
