Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Whilst I'm in Italy I would like to see as much of the country as possible. The town I am staying in is quite isolated so, when possible, I am seeking to get away for a few days at a time to go exploring. The best way to do that, I figure, is to stay with the locals!
