About Me

I love meeting new people and experiencing new things! I enjoy food and trying to cook. Most ppl in my life think I am a better cook than I do. I enjoy the outdoors and working on spending more time in nature. I have neglected this interest in my life for to long now except for packing in as many snowboarding trips as I can every season for the last three years.

Just ended a 9yr relationship (not looking for simpathy, just want to put everything in perspective) in June 2019 and working to get back in touch with who I am as a single human in this world that seems so different from what I remember from nine years ago (as a single person) . No interest in any connections other than just friends who want to have great times with kind, caring and honest ppl.

Im beginning a 2 1/2 month solo cross country road trip mid December 2019 because why not! Im only getting older and might not ever have the chance to do something like this again. Additionally, I have only been to Missouri, Colorado and Utah as far as states west of Illinois are concerned.

Just trying to see as much of this beautiful country as I can, reconnect with old friends who have spread throughout the country, and make as manny new friends as possible on this trip! Next phase will be taking it international in the 2020 winter hopefully!

Music, Movies, and Books

This is a tough one. I love most music and am better at telling you what i may like in a specific genre. I do have a soft spot in my heart for what most would call pop punk from the late 90s early 2000s and what most would call shitty rap (281.330.8004 if you get it you get it) but i love tru r&b, blues, reggae and a little bit of just about every genre.

Movie interests, I like to think, are just as eclectic. I go through phases and it really just boils down to quality of story, production and acting. I dig sci fi, horror, and comedy especially but if its good please tell me about it.

I am a little more specific about what I read. Predominantly only read Sci Fi, and it needs to be mainly based in the far future. Occasionally i will read fantasy but it needs to be a really long series. Favorite author however is Daniel Quinn and I also love the book Mutant Message.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hard to decide what this could be. I guess without putting to much thought into it: moving to Chicago a little over 9 yrs ago only knowing 2 ppl here. Finding a new career path and crushing it with no experience along with evolving a whole new friend network and making Chicago MY HOME!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Not sure what I have to teach but always down to learn! I will teach what I can but I have the bad habbit of assuming everyone knows what I know.

Countries I’ve Visited

Greece, Italy, Saint Lucia

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
