***Update** February, 2018

Traveling from the east coast towards warmer rock climbing weather(Utah/California) :) About 2 weeks ago, I packed up all my gear and I’m now in full travel mode. My short term goal is to enjoy the major cities I pass through. I have no set schedule as to when I need to be out in the sun belt, so I plan to take my time while relocating. If I am having a good time, I may stay longer :)

My philosophy on how to live a happy life; be grateful for what you are given and love others. I am a firm believer that the most profound moments arise from stepping into the present, and recognizing how miraculous our god given world is! In addition, through the act of encouragement and helping others, we all have the potential to save someone's life!

My current travel desires are to check out as many new rock climbing areas and see new national parks! Driving across the country with no clear agenda, however, that's how I prefer it! Just myself, my Honda CR-V and camping/climbing gear !!!!!!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I signed up for Couchsurfing because my dream to travel across the country is coming true. It will be a much more enjoyable experience if I can meet like minded folks, who are familiar with the area and want to meet a respectful and genuine traveler.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One amazing thing that I have done......teaching English in Seoul, South Korea :) Educating 40+ plus screaming children at once has increased my current level of patience by ten folds.

I want to add a topic of conversation: "One amazing thing you hope to do"

I would like to be in a situation where I have the potential to save someone's life. For example, performing CPR, stopping someone from choking or saving someone from a burning car... anything that involves that split second decision, where you say "act or don't act"... I personally cannot wait to act! I have a standard BLS certification(Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association).

You know, I think the best thing I can share with my hosts - my stories. We all present with a story, and we learn lessons from listening to others. Vicariously we can apply these lessons in our own lives. Which will grow our character and virtues.
