I use couchsurfing not because of the free stay. I think couchsurfing is connected with getting inspiration and sharing new perspectives of life. I am a 20 years old boy from Belarus. I live in Minsk, Belarus, study at the Belarus State Economic University. My major is International business communications, so I study not only English and Chinese, but also economics. From September of 2018 till July of 2019 I study the Chinese language in Guangzhou, namely at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (now I am in Guangzhou). Frankly speaking, I like travelling very much. In 2016 I visited China for the first time in my life, went to Beijing, Kaifeng, Nanjing and Shaolin Temple. It was amazing, I fell in love with Chinese culture and people. Last year I visited China again, I went to Dalian and studied Chinese there for half a month. Those trips brought me a lot of positive emotions. Actually, I believe that the most important thing in our life is positive emotions.

I believe that it is much more interesting to stay with locals in different countries. The reason is that they may know more about the country than for example guides, may know some interesting places which are not so famous among tourists.
