About Me

I love traveling mostly to see how people live in other countries. I'm very lucky to have traveled all around the world, most recently on a two month adventure around Italy and the Balkans, with a bit in Ireland and London to see some more friends! My next big trip will be September-December 2020: a 4-month exchange in London at the Centre for Transnational Legal Studies :D

I'm now home in Toronto. I was in British Columbia last summer to film a documentary about the endangered Southern Resident Killer Whale! Check it out @coextinctionfilm

I finished my Masters of Design in "Strategic Foresight and Innovation" a few years ago. For my thesis, I made a card game sort of like Cards Against Humanity, but trying to provoke creative critical thought about various possible future worlds we might live in some day! Unrelated to my thesis, last year a friend and I also made and crowdfunded a boardgame, called Diesta. I just closed down a product design company I had run for three years (and had traveled a lot while doing it). I've got lots of random stuff going on in all sorts of areas!

I'm now in law school in Toronto, hoping after to practice Environmental Law with an organization called Ecojustice.

I'm very easy going, clean, and respectful of others.

I like roaming around where you live and conversations about life: what matters to you, is there any point to it all, relationships, stuff like that!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on here to meet people around the world while traveling. I'm genuinely interested in what life is like outside of my homeland, Toronto, and I think immersion in your life is the best way to learn.

I also host people in Toronto, but haven't hosted too many through Couchsuring yet! I really enjoy learning from other people, and sharing my city with them when I have the chance.

Music, Movies, and Books

James Vincent McMorrow, George Ezra, generally singer song writers. Frank Ocean too. I also like music with a good popping bass to dance to like stuff by Jamie xx or Flume!

Book: Most recent impactful read was Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance. I enjoyed it greatly. I mostly read for school, but hopefully I'll have some time to read for fun again soon. Give me a suggestion!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Walked onto the pitch with the Flamengo soccer team in Brazil as one of those little kids who holds a player's hand.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn and share mostly. That's what my life is about. If you learn something from me, that's awesome.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My kind spirit, youthful vibrance, positive attitude, and life learnings (although I'm only 26, I have learned a lot).
