Hey, my name is Andrew! A little bit about me, I am from The United States and I like to think I'm someone who chases their dreams. I have a passion for the great outdoors and you can often find me jumping out of planes, scuba diving in the beautiful seas, or rock climbing. When I'm not doing the "extreme" activities as my friends call them, you can find me being a chill and laid back guy. I like to smile and laugh. I enjoy playing games, late night talks, and going on walks. The little things excite me and I love my family and friends to no end.

I've traveled a lot but nothing quite like what I'm currently doing so if you ever want to meet, grab a pint, offer advice, or even be so generous to let me stay with you for a night or two, let me know. And if you ever find yourself in the States, you better believe you have a friend there that will help you out in any way possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It doesn't matter to me if I'm on the most crazy adventure or sitting in my home surrounded by my friends enjoying a night of spontaneous little things, what matters to me is the people that are there with me. The people I'm with are what make the night/adventure worth it. And from my point of view, the people on Couchsurfing are some of the best people in the world because you want to give back and you're letting a complete stranger stay at your home. That doesn't make sense to the world but you don't care and I think that is awesome. And so, those are the people I want to meet and that's why I'm on here.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: This is such a hard questions because I love music. Music is something that can change based off your mood, completely change your current mood, and remind you of past events. It's weird how that works but it does so some of my favorite artists are: COIN, Lany, Quinn XCII, The Band Camino, Coldplay, The Maine, Jon Bellion, and so many others. I also enjoy any acoustic or very chill style music. There isn't a type of music that I dislike either.

Movies: I truly enjoy movies that make you think. A few examples would be Tenet, Interstellar, Parasite, Inception, etc. but I also am a huge nerd and grew up with Star Wars and Lord of the Rings as some of my all time favorites. It's safe to say of it's a good movie, I'll watch and enjoy it with you. Oh also the newest Spider Man was great!

Books: This is one thing I didn't grow up loving. I read but only because I had to which is a bummer because I am just now starting to get into reading. I've been on a creative book kick as of late so I'm currently reading The War of Art and am loving it but if you have nay recommendations of any kind, let me know because I am looking to fill out my new bookcase.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Someone they can talk with about anything. If you're interested in trying some American food I'm a pretty good cook. Anything spontaneous or something you've always wanted to try, I'll tag along even if you think it will be stupid. And hopefully a new friend from America who will open their home to them if they ever visit.
