About Me

Hi, I'm Andrew! I'm a young, energetic socialite who understands how precious time is and wants to explore the world with the time I've been given. During the day, you'll find me zoned into a computer, trying to turn hundreds of video files into a cohesive story. At night, you'll find me grabbing drinks with my friends or relaxing at home listening to music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To learn how other people around the world chose to live their lives, and hopefully find ways to improve the way I am living mine.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love films from the Italian Neorealism movement (if you get into old timey movies). Alfred Hitchcock, Stanley Kubrick and Taika Waititi are some of my favorite directors. I love travel books and philosophical books (the Art of Travel is one of my favorites), and I'll listen to everything except country music!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Performed in front of thousands of people at the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater which had also hosted the Beatles, U2, Joe Banamasa, Mumford and Sons, and more!

Granted, I was singing the national anthem for my high school graduation, I still count it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach just about anyone the basics of photography/videography, from how to use the manual setting on your camera to editing and posting your first short.

I'm always excited to learn about what other people are passionate about. It sounds broad, but it's the best way to connect with new people and find new things I may have not otherwise been introduced to.

The best thing any two people can share together is a meal. I'll cook, you can cook, or we can both leave it to the professionals and go out for a bite.
