Music: Everything from classical to heavy metal! I love music that paints vivid images and builds stories in my head. For me the best kind of songs sound more like poetry to music.

Movies: Pretty much anything except mindless gore - I don't mind horror, the older ones are best, but gorey films are just a cheap and uninspired version of horror! I like dystopian/post-apocalyptic movies, they're often thought provoking. I also really enjoy philosophical ones such as 'Waking Life'.
