Overview
About Me
I grew up next to Joshua Tree National Park, went to school for business in Long Beach CA and worked for Boeing for the past 3.6 years. I've left my job to travel in search of good times, wisdom and tools for my future. I know that anyone can make change in the world and I feel that awesome individuals make the best changes. I'm in search of my awesome and all of the people along the way..

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I started traveling in March 2016 and do not yet have a planned end date. I am going anywhere and everywhere I can on my small budget and I think Couchsurfing will be a great way to meet good people, teach things, learn things and share memories along this journey. Pretty much I am excited to meet you..

Music, Movies, and Books
I love classic rock, big band and jazz and the list goes on through funk, reggae and much more. I'm currently very taken with Nahko and Medicine For The People.
Two of my top movies are Tombstone and How To Train Your Dragon, very opposite but I suppose those are the two ends of my personality.
I read a good amount of nonfiction and my favorite book to date is the Big 5 for Life. I recently finished Nelson Mandela's autobiography and have started Walden.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've learned how powerful a smile can really be..
Teach, Learn, Share
I am dying to learn the piano (or anything musical), Spanish and how to surf..
I am proficient in business philosophy and interviewing skills, carpentry, Krav Mega, general fitness and cooking. I wouldn't say I'm the best at anything but I've experienced a little bit of a lot of things and I'm always happy to share.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I grew up in Southern California where I built a number of blue collar skills, in my time in collage I gained a number of pink collar skills and in my professional life I've built an array of white collar skills. I'm skilled with my hands and mind and I'm happy to help with whatever may be needed whether in the garage, in the kitchen or at a desk..
