This is something I am trying to learn. So far I have discovered that I am an adventurous spirit that needs to get over my fears of being alone. I am a spiritual person who puts more faith and value in myself and others than a higher power. I tend to live in the moment and forget to take pictures of it. I feel the greatest joy when I am outside. I am a dreamer who needs to start doing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am wanting to begin my global adventures, get out of the US and start experiencing the other cultures of the world. I look at the profiles and reviews on here and it is an amazing global community that I would love to be a part of. I have great benefits from work that give me the means to get to these places but while there I feel so much can be lost by staying in a hotel. With couch surfing I see true potential to get to know other people and other cultures while developing global friendships. The hosts act as guides and are generally interested in showing you their homes while the surfers are interested in learning and the experience. It has potential to make priceless memories.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite book is Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. I also love most books with a fantasy element.

My movie preference is anything Disney, musicals, romantic comedies, and action adventure movies. I also have times when I just really need a good documentary to watch.

As for music, my tastes run all over the place. I haven't found a genre that I don't like a song in.
