I'm from Southeast Wisconsin, USA and have a love for travel, culture, food, nature, and languages. I studied abroad in Szeged, Hungary and Valladolid, Spain and have been to numerous other countries such as Nicaragua, South Africa, and the Dominican Republic. I especially want to visit Latin America to improve my Spanish.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to experience the true feeling of a place, not just an artificially packaged presentation like most hotels. I believe that locals offer the best personalized experience of this and that my time with them is very special to me. Human connections make travel all the more awesome!
