About Me

Hey! I did a bunch of couchsurfing a few years back while traveling in South America - met some great people and had a bunch of fun adventures!

These days I live in London and have my own flat - I have a spare room so any couchsurfers looking for somewhere to stay in London - you'd have a private room 🤘 (though you have to share it with the freezer)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the best way to get to know a place is to get to know the locals, which is why I want to stay with you!

I love learning about other cultures and the people who are a part of them and I love making friends!

You're most welcome to come and stay with me back in London one day too - id be happy to return the favour one day!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all different kinds of music! Techno, rock, electro, jungle, funk, soul, house, hip hop, grime, psychedelia, afrobeat, drone, jazz, blues....

To name a few artists: Kendrick Lamar, moderat, Jon Hopkins, tame impala, the smiths, LCD soundsystem, Radiohead, prince, sigur ros, mogwai, David Bowie, rolling stones, Johnny cash, salif keita, oumou sangaré, tinariwen, modeselektor, midland, Matthew dear, delta funktionnen and so many more!

Books: generally a fan of those books about people's lives where nothing really happens... Currently reading Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? My favourite book is Stoner by John Williams.

Movies: again all different kinds! el labyrinto del fauno, three billboards, interstellar, oldboy, the babadook, arrival, lost highway, ratatouille, spirited away....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think it's probably sailing through the fjords and islands of Chilean Patagonia. It was the most incredible experience with beautiful landscapes, amazing wildlife, superb sunsets and great company!

Also - cycling through the chasms and ravines of the atacama desert near san pedro... felt like I was on another planet 👽

Teach, Learn, Share

I know nothing so I'm sure you could teach me a lot about everything 😅
