I'm a guy in my mid twenties originally from the west of Ireland, living and working in Dublin City.

After working as an electrical and electronic engineer in Dublin for the past 3 years I've decided to pack my bag and go travel for as long as I can.

In November I plan to travel, starting in India and Sri Lanka before heading East and South through Asia before landing in Oz with the possibility of working there for a year.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined as I plan to do a year travelling solo, mostly around SE Asia.
I've heard from friends this is a great way to meet knew people and learn about local cultures.
