I dance through consciousness as a Spirit having a human experience sharing my love and help to those who are ready to reinterated spiritual wisdom and practice into their daily life.

I am an urban Jedi! offering the sanctuary of the Highest Source as our ally to both guide us and create reality around us.

I love creating music, dance, nature, family, community, healing, artistic group expressions, retreats and festivals. am committed to healing and personal consciousness as a path of awakening and sharing the compassion that assists others!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Served food and worked in Mississippi a month after Katrina hit.
That month changed my life.

I saw America in a new way and how huge resource and peoples hearts come together to take care of each other.

Other than that, spending time with amazing Yogi teachers and saints (Amma Chi!)
and learning to deepen spiritual growth.
