Great Expectations, Hamlet, Life is a dream, Don Quixote, The Man in the Iron Mask and Dom Juan. My favorite authors are mainly Dickens and Shakespeare. Lazarillo de Tormes is also a favorite even though it's in Spanish, along with Naufragios de Alvar Núñez Cabeza de Vaca (a travel journal of a conquistador written in the 1500s). When it comes to politics my two favorite books are The Communist Manifesto, and The Republic.
